Vista Suites Near Island And Leconte Convention Center - Pigeon Forge

The location is fantastic. Easy access to attractions made it really convenient. The queen suite with two beds felt cozy, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Staff members greeted me warmly. The room cleanliness was a major letdown. I found old lip gloss and plastic under the bathroom cabinet. The tub felt slimy, with some hair still stuck in it. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, with limited options and unappetizing choices. The common areas, including the pool, needed a thorough cleaning. It didn't look inviting. My room had no heating system working properly. It's a shame because the potential is there, but these issues overshadowed the positives.

We loved the time here and would stay here again. The room we stayed in was huge with balcony. The location was incredible, within easy walking distance of Pigeon Forge Snow. Furthermore, on a hill.

The room itself was large and the hotel was clean. I was offered a room with beautiful views of the mountains. I've had a real good stay for 4 nights.

Everyone loves a pool, but this one could use a good clean!!! The air conditioning was hardly functional!!! Honestly, housekeeping could improve-finding dirty towels in our room isn't ideal!!!

It was in a good location. And the staff was nice.

The inside pool was not in good shape. The overall room needed extra attention. When I first cut the water on it came out brown had spider Webb in the corners. Tub had rust in it

It sure isn't worth 135.00 a night that's for sure, there was dust over the bed on the headboard right where u sleep and dust on the table where the microwave sat,and just everything was outdated needs to update and clean better probably won't be staying there again!!!!

I had some trouble with cleanliness and the pool could use better maintenance. it was an okay stay given the reasonable room size and comfort.

breakfast hot meal should at least be changed daily.I was there for 3 days and bland sausage /eggs was served consecutively .

Location was excellent! Room was a good sized and was very clean!

The indoor pool was too small, the picture was very deceiving. The outdoor pool was great!

Great Location and Comfortable Beds

I really enjoyed my stay! The location was super convenient, just a short drive from various attractions. The Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds was cozy and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helped address our needs promptly. The breakfast selection could definitely be improved.

Breakfast was over at 9:00. We were on vacation, who wants to get up that early on vacation. It need to be 10 or 10:30

The location was great. It wasn't over crowded, our down time was relaxing since the streets was busy!!!!

Our ice machine was broken on the floor we were on. The review wasn't kidding about the water pressure & hot water- not the greatest. The breakfast is not their strong suit.
